Such data does not collect information that identifies you as an individual. CLUB Q may use Anonymous Data for general marketing purposes and to help enhance customer experience on the App.
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

You may choose not to provide us with any Personally Identifiable Information. In such an event, you may still access and use some portions of the App; however you will not be able to access and use portions of the Website that require your Personally Identifiable Information.
We may use social plugins from certain social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) on the App. To do this, we use the "Like" or "Share" button or icon. This is a service provided by the specific social media platform, not CLUB Q. If you visit a page on the App containing such a plugin, your browser will create a direct connection to the specific social media platform. The content of the plugin will be directly transferred to your browser by the specific social media platform and integrated into the website by the browser. When the plugin is integrated, the social media platform will be informed that your browser has visited the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an account with that website or are not logged into your account at the time. This information (including your IP address) is transferred directly to the social media site’s server by your browser and stored there.
We use commercially reasonable measures to maintain the security of your Contact Information. However, no company, organization, or online community, including CLUB Q can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information.
We may provide your some of your personal information, such as your name and contact information, to third party service providers (aka Venues) who may provide some of the services and features of the App. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services providers.
CLUB Q has security measures in place to minimize the loss, misuse, destruction and alteration of the information that you provide us or that we obtain from you. We will have no liability, however, to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, destruction, or alternation.
The App may contain ads or links to other third-party applications or websites ("Third Party Links"). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of the Third Party Links. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the Privacy Practices or content of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policies at those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.
